To whoever is next. You don't have to be a writer, you don't have to make it wise. A few honest sentences, a few things you want off your chest to anyone else going through it. It stays anonymous.

Be specific if you can. "Glioblastoma," not just "cancer."
Roughly where you were when you needed to hear from someone.
There's no right way. If you're not sure where to start, try one of these:
  • What you wish someone had told you.
  • What actually helped, even a little.
  • What nobody warned you about.
  • Or just what you need to get off your chest.
