When you're in the middle of it, you go looking for someone who gets it. Someone who understands what this actually feels like. Someone who's been where you are.
Every story is different, but a lot of the people who've been here wanted to give the next person something to hold onto. So they did.
Some left a single sentence. Some wrote a whole letter. Some just the one thing they wish someone had told them sooner.
Sometimes it helps to write. Sometimes it helps to read. Wherever you are in it, you can leave a note, or just sit with the ones already here.
